Any #Andromeda fans out there? Well remember the absolute insanity that was the Magog world ship from that show? That’s the closest thing I have to compare to the inside of the Gorn destroyer.

I’ve never been frozen solid before. It’s not an exciting prospect.
As soon as we work out this little Gorn infection, you’ll be up and a around again.
So this could be a Rip Van Winkle thing for me?
I see you more as a Sleeping Beauty.
Crappy? How about you try to make 2,797 episodes of premium, quality entertainment. Oh well. If those were my last words, I stand by them.

Yet another reason not to stick with any one social media app.
I’ll bet that the Prime Universe Jim Kirk never learned to make toilet Plomeek soup either.

The Real Villain of Superman Is … the Discourse
Why are liberals cozying up to race scientists?
The ‘Abundance’ movement positions Democrats as a party that can offer more to everyone — including those peddling scientific racism.
“Could you please continue the petty bickering. I find it most intriguing.”
The best line from an otherwise terrible episode.

So because he wasn’t born on this particular planet, he doesn’t have any rights anymore, is that it?
Suddenly this line from #StargateSG1 feels a lot more relevant today.
I’ve pointed this out before on another platform but Gorn reproduce by infecting their victims with their venom and even baby Gorn can do this - ergo, like tribbles, the Gorn are born pregnant.

So ends your first command.
Yes. My first command. Other than all those away missions that I was in charge of not to mention that one time we stole the Enterprise in order to help out La’an. You would have liked La’an Dr. McCoy, she was also prone to displays of exasperation at my logical, detail-oriented personality.

A Class M planet, capable of supporting human life, dead center in a quasarlike system which must be putting out an enormous amount of radiation? Eh, it’s the 60s not much was known about quasars in those days.
What’s much more interesting is the conflict. Spock’s logical stoicism vs the shuttle crews' emotionalism and borderline racism on the surface of the planet, is mirrored by a conflict between Captain Kirk who wants to rescue his friends and crew vs a hardassed bureaucrat who wants to leave them behind. It’s a complete 180% mirroring too as the shuttle crews' emotion drives them to rebel against Spock while Kirk’s emotion drives him to continue the rescue mission.
