Count me in on the Pelia should be in Dr. Who bandwagon. But which Doctor? Matt Smith? Tom Baker? Neil Tennant?
Peter Capaldi? It might make foand interesting combination. Pelia was a roadie for The Grateful Dead and Capaldi did play the Doctor With a rockstar vibe.
